Unshareholder.com only processes personal information for research purposes including:

  • Research and analysis on the extent of the impact on investors;
  • Ensuring the technical functioning of our website and database; and
  • Developing new research projects.

Unshareholder.com processes personal information on our server in the United States of America. We may process personal information to provide our own services. In some cases, we may process personal information on behalf of and according to the instructions of a third party, such as our legal partners.

  • We provide such information to our affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users registered, companies/brokers involved, etc. Such information does not identify you individually.

These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
